Essential oils can be used for a wide range of emotional and physical wellness applications. They can be used as single essential oils or in complex essential oil blends depending on user experience and desired benefit.
Essential oils give plants their distinctive smells, essential oils protect plants and play a role in plant pollination. In addition to their intrinsic benefits to plants and their beautiful fragrance, essential oils have long been used for food preparation, beauty treatment, and health-care practices.
When you first open a bottle of essential oil, you instantly notice that the aroma is potent and you can smell it typically even from some distance. The physical and chemical properties of the volatile aromatic compounds that compose essential oils allow them to quickly move through the air and directly interact with the olfactory sensors in the nose. Such unique properties make essential oils ideal for applications inclusion in aromatherapy – using these compounds from plants to help maintain a healthy mind and body – as well as other applications. Buddha wood essential oil is derived from a small tree belonging to the figwort species known scientifically as Eremophilia mitchellii. This small tree or large shrub is an evergreen plant growing to an average height of around 3 meters. The scientific name Eremophilia is derived from the Greek language word ‘eremos’ meaning desert and ‘phileo’ meaning love. The name is apt since these small Australian trees thrive best in a desert climate. Buddha wood essential oil itself is derived from the tree’s bark and heartwood by a process of steam distillation. The oil has a powerful aroma variously described as rugged, rich, smoky and woody. Its scent is considered to be somewhat masculine but it is also used in perfumery as a base note because it does not overpower the other notes.
Hinoki essential oil can be used to help eliminate odors, promote hair growth when caused by aging and stimulates/supports digestion.
Like most citrus oils, its scent is immediately uplifting and rejuvenating, which makes Litsea essential oil very useful for combating emotional problems and psychological issues.
Here’s a variety of floral, citrus, woodsy, or clean & fresh…

The health benefits of lavender essential oil include its ability to eliminate nervous tension, relieve pain, disinfect the scalp and skin, enhance blood circulation, and treat respiratory problems.
Tea tree oil (Melaleuca) can help eliminate dry, dead skin cells that layer on top of the skin. As an antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic, tea tree essential oil helps to alleviate itching and control redness. It also helps to prevent inflammation, infection and scarring.
The health benefits of orange essential oil can be attributed to its properties as an anti-inflammatory, antidepressant, antispasmodic, antiseptic, aphrodisiac, carminative, diuretic, tonic, sedative, and a cholagogic substance.
Peppermint essential oil is encouraged for its anti-nausea benefits and soothing effects on the gastric lining and colon. It’s also valued for its cooling effects and helps to relieve sore muscles when used topically.
What is Fractionated Coconut Oil? Basically, it is a form of the oil that has had the long-chain fatty acids removed via hydrolysis and steam distillation. Just this one change makes the oil liquid at room temperature, and extends the product’s shelf life.
The Petal Diffuser is a small, convenient, and night-friendly diffuser with a far-reaching mist designed to help purify and humidify the air around you.
